Exclusion

Exclusions are determined by the size of the property and severity of the issues. However, every situation is unique, and prices can be a case by case basis.

All exclusions include a 2-week follow-up. Check-ups after 2-weeks will be considered a recurring service.

Small House≈$250+tax

Medium House≈$300+tax

Large House≈$400+tax

Recurring

Recurring services assume that the initial exclusion has already been completed. I recommend monthly treatments. Pricing is based on how much time has passed since your last service. Because pests are continually attempting to enter, delays in seeking treatment can allow the issue to worsen.

Monthly≈$85-$95+tax

Bi-monthly≈$95-$105+tax

Tri-monthly≈$105-$120+tax

Our standard prices cover most common pests like ants, bees, mice, beetles, flies, roaches, and many others. Some pests, such as rats, termites, carpenter bees, and other wood-destroying insects, may need more specialized treatment. In those cases, the cost might be a little higher — but we’ll always explain everything up front so you know exactly what to expect.
